Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During product launches, promotions, and holiday periods, processing times may be longer than usual.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 2–8 business days
United States: 4–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order reshipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in locating the shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item(s)
Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Delivery Issues

Other Sunday is not responsible for packages that are:

Stolen after delivery
Delivered to the address provided by the customer
Delayed due to carrier issues, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control
